Village of Hope Hospital is approved under Kenya's Social Health Authority (SHA) — the national scheme that replaced NHIF in 2024. If you're registered, you can use your cover for care at our hospital.

Means-tested? You may pay nothing
Vulnerable and indigent households can have their cover fully funded by the government.

As an approved facility, SHA can help cover the care you receive at Village of Hope — across three funds: the Primary Healthcare Fund, the Social Health Insurance Fund, and the Emergency, Chronic & Critical Illness Fund.
